Ideas and Recipes for Charity Bake Sale?

I'm hosting a Share our Strength bake sale to benefit childhood hunger. I'm looking for simple and delicious recipe suggestions! What is your favorite sweet treat? Do you have a recipe you'd like to share? Thanks in advance!

***Please keep in mind that sale items will need to be individually wrapped and will also need to be able to withstand outdoor temperatures. Frosted items tend to get too drippy and messy.***

Our school just had a bake sale today and these were the things they sold: Rice crispy, chocolate chip cookies, and cupcakes. We live in singapore, which is very hot and humid, but the frosted cupcakes did not go drippy. I think this is because the frosting was very thick. In the past we have sold banana bread, snickerdoodles, all sorts of cookies, brownies, and sometimes cake (cut up and wrapped in clingwrap I think). There was a pie brought in once but we had no way to sell it. :(

RICE CRISPY TREATS

1 or 2 bags miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups Kellogg's Rice Crispy Cereal

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add marshmallows.
Stir until mixture becomes difficult to stir any more. Mix in the Rice Crispy Cereal and stir until hot.

Butter a pan (a square pan like a brownie pan) and spread mixture evenly in the pan. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Hershey's Best Brownies
Ingredients:1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts(optional)
CREAMY BROWNIE FROSTING(recipe follows)

Directions:1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.

2. Stir together butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Prepare CREAMY BROWNIE FROSTING; spread over brownies. Cut into squares. About 16 brownies.
